SWOT to Sweet Spot in Your Biz

If nobody has told you lately… you have a passion, a mission, something real, unique and powerful to offer the world, and the world needs to hear about it.

​I like to call this your unique selling proposition.  This lies within the layers of your story wrapped around the unique makeup of who you are. This unique selling proposition — or what I like to call your Unique Super Power — is quite honestly your guiding light to success.  Think of it as your North Star.Unique — a term commonly used in business. Whether you are an entrepreneur or not, I want you to break this down for yourself.

What makes you unique?
What are your strengths?
What do you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you can support people with?

You need to get the story of your mission, your purpose, your drive to do something amazing, into the world and you need it to be just as unique and incredible as you are. It’s time to find the gems hidden within your story and make an impact in this world.

So…how do you go about digging for your soulful gold?

This activity helps you get to know yourself again — it lays everything on the table so you can get the clarity you need to move forward in your life and in your business.

From this analysis, you will be able to identify what’s working, what’s not, where you feel aligned, and where you no longer do. It is a great piece of information to help you get unstuck and moving forward with an aligned action plan.

It is the place between your strengths and passions [in this case your opportunities] that you can discover your sweet spot — and this is a crucial piece of the entrepreneurial puzzle!

  • Strengths: what you are best at, where you excel, your resources and/or experiences
  • Weaknesses: what you do poorly, what you lack, what is not working well
  • Opportunities: what opportunities are coming your way, where you see potential
  • Threats: what could get in the way, what obstacles or problems you foresee
